Houston Wedding Photography - Mica & Andrew - La Tranquila Ranch

2016 is beginning with a bang! The only word that quickly comes to mind for yesterday's wedding is 'epic'....

It would be difficult to remember a time where more people have come together with every single one of them being so friendly, loving, and absolutely out to have a wonderful time than Mica & Andrew's day. The ceremony was held at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, in Cypress, Tx, and you could not ask for a more beautiful church than theirs. 

From the church we were off to La Tranquila Ranch in Tomball, Tx. Decorated beautifully, this venue suited their party perfectly. The staff were amazing and hospitable and everything about the time their was superb. Add to that the most amazing DJ company I have ever had the honor of working with, Elite Soundz Entertainment...Their supplied uplighting, backdrops, big screen and their skills kept the party going non-stop. Every second of the night was filled with people having an absolute blast and showing their love for Mica & Andrew.

Mica & Andrew - I am honored and humbled that you chose me to capture the memories of your wedding day and it was a joy to spend your day with you. The smiles on your faces when in each other's presence tells your entire story; you both have many years of happiness ahead of you and you have our best wishes and prayers for your future together. We can not end this year without offering a huge Thank You to all of our clients who have trusted us in 2015 with the memories of their wedding days! This has been an amazing year for our entire team, though not because of anything we have done. The most amazing moments for all of us have been spending these most precious moments with each of you. It has humbling to say the least and the greatest honor that could ever have been bestowed on us.

Houston Wedding Photography - A Beautiful Backyard Affair

It doesn't take a massive budget to make a glamorous wedding. Today was a prime example of this statement. Ruby & Seth held a beautiful ceremony for their closest family and friends today in the home of her parents and they could not have asked for more. From the decor to the smiling faces, this event could have won any competition against the greatest of venues. Everything was simply....perfect.

Ruby & Seth; I had an amazing time with you, your family and friends tonight. I can not tell you how honored I am to have been there to capture your memories for you and wish you both the absolute best in your future together.

Tomball, TX Wedding Photography - Moffitt Oaks + Lindsay & John

The weather man promised a cold and cloudy day on this past Saturday. The first half of the day kept him honest with showers, a lot of wind and a dreary start. Just a couple of hours before heading outside, however, the sun peeked through, the clouds parted and this day became a beautiful one for sure!

Lindsay and John could not have picked a better venue for themselves than Moffitt Oaks. The grounds are simply gorgeous and the many amenities even more. The Arbor is the perfect spot for an outdoor evening ceremony and the Barn suited their party perfectly. Joined by their closest friends and family, the day was full of love, smiles and completely happy people (No matter how cold it was towards the end of the ceremony!)

Lindsay and John; you two make an extraordinary couple! It was an honor to work with you both throughout our time together. You wedding day was just a big bonus! You both have something very special and my entire team and I wish you nothing but the absolute best in your future together. We hope you enjoy this little sneak peek of your day while we work on the remainder and love them as much as we all loved spending your day with you.

Houston Wedding Wedding Photography - Ouisie's Table + Shauna & Jacob

Sunday morning brought me back to one of my favorite places to work. Ouisie's Table never disappoints on a wedding day. Their attention to detail shows at every turn; from the perfectly placed decor to the superbly plated (and wonderful tasting) food that is always served. Every room has an ambience about it that suits a wedding day perfectly and Shauna and Jacob could not have chosen a better venue for their wedding day!

A small gathering of family and friends for a brunch wedding; this is what they envisioned for their wedding day and their vision was beautiful when brought to life. This gathering of their closest friends and family brought nothing but smiles and joy at every turn which was easily seen every where you may look.

Shauna & Jacob - It was an honor to be included in your wedding day and a pleasure to be there to capture all of the memories! You are both such kind and welcoming souls and it was wonderful to have simply been there with you. Add to that all of the wonderful friends and family and your day was simply amazing!
